PLAYING POLO
Payment terms - all bookings need to be paid for in advance. Payment can be made over the phone with a credit card.

Booking the 10 lesson plan in advance will entitle you to a 10% discount.

Cancellation policy - we require that any cancellation be communicated a minimum of 24 hours before your lesson/playing begins otherwise the full amount will be charged.

CORPORATE EVENTS/BESPOKE PARTIES 
Payment - all reservations require a 50% deposit.

Cancellation policy – we require that any cancellation be notified in writing a minimum of 28 days prior to reserved event for 50% of the deposit to be refunded.

Dates could be changed but depends on availability.

INSURANCE
Brett Polo has Public Liability Insurance in place up to an amount of £5,000,000.00
